MooTools Forge - Now with comments

Written By Darren Waddell, on Tuesday, October 18th 2011, 5:55pm

Just a quick update to let you know we’ve added comments through Disqus to all Forge plugins.

If you’re a plugin owner, you can subscribe by going to your plugin page and clicking ‘subscribe by email’ at the bottom.

Remember, if you find a bug in a plugin, you should always report it in that repository’s Github Issues.

As it stands, all comments will need to be moderated before they appear, just to make sure we don’t get trolled / spammed and we’re really looking forward to adding the ability to comment to the other parts of the website - particularly in documentation.

Thanks to Aaron for making this happen!

Thank you! Excellent addition. If you guys add comments to the documentation, please find a way to put those comments into the git repository, just like the documentation. Maybe every 6 months or so, all the comments get converted to a markdown file and added as *-comments.md? I use the docs locally using mdocs, so having them in markdown format would be perfect. Based on my experience with the PHP documentation, the comments tend to be extremely useful.

Hi guys! What about removing useless images from the forge and providing a short text overview instead?
